Abstract submission

Submission of abstracts

All abstracts will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee of the Congress. The text of the summary must be explicit enough so that it can be understood by the Organizing Committee. You should avoid using adjectives or qualifiers that are not compatible with scientific writing. The summary should provide accurate data, as well as interpretations and conclusions, which show the novel results of the work. The summary may be in Spanish or English (preferably in English).

 To send the summary

Fill out the Registration Form carefully, in English or Spanish; preferably in English.

If you could not fill out the form or attach the summary, you can send it via email hptcongress@cigb.edu.cu with the requested information. Use as subject of mail: Sending Summary-Congress 2020.

The Scientific Committee of the Congress will select whether the work will be an oral presentation or a poster.

If your work is selected for oral presentation, you must adapt it to the template in Power Point format provided on the website, and plan 15 minutes of exposure and 5 minutes to answer possible questions (10 to 15 sheets maximum).

 If your work is selected for poster (poster), you must adapt it to the template in digital format provided on the website.

The organization of the content of the posters must be:

  • Title
  • Authors and Affiliation
  • Summary
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods (Medical procedures)
  • Results
  • Conclusions

If you wish to register as a delegate and not as an exhibitor, you must consult the Registration Form.
